I've use several - mostly Cybex and Belkin ps/2 / USB models and all have worked flawlessly with Logitech wireless kits. One really old Compaq Rack-mount I tried worked but didn't support mouse wheels so I got rid of it. Generally the Wireless kits are designed to work with any PS/2 or USB ports... and the KVMs are designed to provide seamless support for those ports so I would suspect that problems are the exception, not the norm.
