A brain works differently based on the culture your raised in. If your raised to be taught that a Jew is to be killed and its a 'good' thing then your thinking differently than a westerner (who only thinks we crucified their savior). If your school books say that you must liberate all of your land and kill everyone else then your brain has been trained to think differently. If your culture says that compromise is weakness and you have to dominate your opponant, then your brain works differently. A brain is wired based on the experiences and growth. Do Arabs think different than europeans? Yes. Do the English think different than the French? Yes. Their brains are wired differently. All brains start in generally the same state. Its life that changes them. And no, black people are not natural criminals. They are naturally resistant to the sun (based on biology).
