This is lower -- pretty much covers the earea between the top of my
left hip and the base of my ribcage... had it all my life and nobody
ever told me to see a dr. about it... the only difference is now it's
more frequent and occurring when I'm not intentionally excercising
(hiking, running, etc)... although I do get pain in my upper back just
underneath my shoulderblades on both sides when I'm up too late,
especially when I'm stressed. I'm thinking this is actually pain from
my hiatal hernia displaced to the posterior, as opposed to
heartburn/acid reflux displayed anterior from the esophagus (which I
get a lot when I'm feeling stressed also).
