Yeah, that's my point - he's hasn't accomplished anything. In addition to the defeat of fiscal conservatism (energy bill), and the total failure of the Iraq policy (still plenty o' terrorism there), he's failed at his top initiative, Social Security. As to his Supreme Court nominations, that's hardly a success: 63% of Americans don't want Roe v Wade overturned and his nominee has come under fire from social conservatives. You could only call it a mild success if he got a really far righter appointed and then you'd have to wait to see how he/she turned out. The fact that he retained an outside attorney says he knew something he was worried about. That could mean impeachment or worse. Americans have FINALLY understood they were duped on Iraq.
