I should say that the XPS laptop is meant to be a desktop replacement.
I don't expect high battery life - just more then 45 minutes. The new
battery is no good.

I've been on hold now since 8 am. I was transferred, get this, 4 times
to the wrong queue. So I demanded a manager. He has me on "conference"
now waiting in the new queue since they have no way to redirect
directly to someone else.
