I doubt that is very usefull. Unless you have one translator for all languages 
instead of one translator for each language.

Look into resource bundles or gettext. At the very least for the CMS itself 
(the 'static' parts of the site like the text on a submit button), and once you 
have done that you may like them for the main content too.
