I was clearly referring to US governmental Foreign Policy and actions
(Do US Citizens have a foreign policy? I don't think so) and
Government foreign aid in my previous statements. I don't see why you
want to view my statements as applying to the American People.

The Foreign Policy is either altruistic, or it isn't.There's no Gray
area where this is concerned when speaking of FP as a whole.
