I think there was negligence if they knew it could cause heart attacks and did nothing. It should have been labelled and possibly should still be sold that way. I know people who would still take it with their eyes open. And if that['s a considered opinion why stop them? And yes, the rest of us will pay more in consequence, but you can't just let corporations decide it's ok to cause a few deaths.
