I think Mr. Bush's concerns are little large than is his wife in danger? Do you shut down all airports? What about shipping ports and yards? Trains?
What are the consequences of those actions? I also don't know ANY leader I respect that has ever taken more than 10 seconds to react when he's heard of any crisis, and I've been around a lot of crises.
