In Albuquerque, you can go to Sandia Peak. There's a beautiful view of albuquerque from there. There's also a great Tex-Mex restaurant that I think is called "Sid's" (formerly "Sid con Mary's" after a marraige and "Sid sin Mary" after a divorce).
