This is absolutely disgusting. There are babies dying, old people dying, healthy people who are literally convinced they will die in the next few days. There are roof top communities of people out of food, out of water, dying. Where the HELL is the federal gov't? They should have thousands of helicopters dropping every bottle of water and MRE this country can produce. I'm completely astonished - how our gov't can fail its own citizens so blatently is mindblowing. A chinook helicopter dropped the FIRST supplies to the Superdome people and it was just enough water for a few hundred people. When is the President planning to act? 10 billion dollars? So what?
