this was a multi-play clusterfuck, but I really don't think, fundamentally, 
that Bush cares. This is the commander in chief of the army. You don't think 
he could get some troops there? I am tired of people making excuses for the 
man. Next thing you know we'll be hearing about how the insurgents in the 
city won't let us get anyone out.
