the mayor begging for help on television does not constitute an invitation? 
What the hell, what utter bullshit, what unadulterated crap if that is what 
is going on. This is the stuff of nightmares. What is the problem? Again, 
where is the president? He should be on the phone asking what we need to do 
to get help to these people.
