I agree completely and tried to half ass touch this in a email yesterday I 
think but did not put a lot of effort into it. I actually think the federal 
government has done a "ok" job all things considered and to clarify I rank 
"ok" below decent which is below good which is below great and hell might be 
some other levels in there. Although I half want to separate FEMA from my 
thoughts of federal government.
