I live in Houston, NE of town actually. My parents as well as my brother kind of live near the dome. I know yesterday some friends of ours were at a street light in the area and about 30 or so "hoodlums" were there harassing people in the cars for money and beating on the cars. No idea if they were from the dome or not. I also was in that area today for an appointment and the girl told me they have had a few people come in all grunchy looking, demanding money and getting a little vocally hostile.
