Everyone seems to feel an 8 mile long convoy should have been organized and responded hours after the levee broke and made the situation go to extreme levels. I'd be curious how long it took an 8 mile convoy to a) organized and load up b) travel through an area so effected by the hurricanes destruction, didn't the President say the size of land that got hit by this thing was bigger than Great Britian?
