Well no. If someone claims the current President caused death by
cutting funding for the levee and we look at past Presidents and find
they all did, then you can't blame one person. If on the other hand
past Presidents funded the levee and the current President cut those
funds, he bears responsibility.

this President 100% but you are against him 100%. That means you're
guilty of the closed mind simpleness you accuse me of having.
