Maybe they believed in their government. Maybe it seemed like a better idea to stay put where help could get to them. Maybe they were wheelchair bound or responsible for multiple small children. Who knows? Who knows why they didn't get buses in there? Who knows why that water purification system's been in Sweden for a week?
