The Mexicans are not there yet because they are still traveling. The others that are not there yet, are being held back for a reason(which none of us know for certain what it is) or are in transit since I am sure there is more than just Mexico heading there at this moment. Why don't you drive out there and help organize this thing, you seem to know what should not be done, that should help in deciding what should be done. I think we should just flood it with all sorts of equipment and man power. Make it even MORE disorganized and harder to coordinate.
