So I'm listening to the confirmation hearing this morning on the radio. I don't know whether it was new testimony or a rebroadcast from yesterday. This guy sounds like he know's what he's doing. I mean, I'm still thinking it's a bad idea that he's up for the Chief Justice post, but listening today I didn't hear anything that raised red flags for me that this guy wasn't going to be a decent Justice.
