For everyone else, this is a true story. The people and events are not made up. As many of you have probably heard, I've had 'something' following me from house to house which likes to play with electricity to get attention. Well, it's kind of been gone for the last 3 months and I know why, though it's not really a good thing. Basically, 3 months back one of the guys from Shul was asking questions about my parents house in a rather snide manner. "was it haunted?" and the like. I told him the story of what I had found in the house and how something has been following me from house to house. He started ridiculing me on a regular basis about it. Saying I needed therapy and the like. He rode me to the point that I really got upset and wished what I had onto him. Well, he came to me a week or two later and apologized saying that his brother was hearing things and what I said was true. I didn't really think much of it and just accepted his apology. Cue 3 months of quiet in my house. No radios going on or off by themselves. Judith not having the feeling of being watched. Basically things seemed 'normal'. I was in Shul this Saturday and saw the guy again and went over to wish him a good Shabbos and apologize for my wishes those months back. I said to him that he may think me crazy, but I have to apologize for something. He said that he doesn't think I'm crazy anymore. I told him that I got so upset that I wished what I had onto him and his face fell. He told me that he's been having the same problems I had in the past in his house. He was visibly upset and we talked to the Rabbi about it. I'm still waiting on a call back from my Rabbi who has experience in such matters. Bottom line is that whatever we had is now with this guy and I have to either get it back from him (something Judith is NOT happy with) or find some other solution. As a skeptic, having someone else tell me that he's haunted in a way that dovetails with my story is always an eye-opener. Now I just have to help this guy out without opening up another can of worms.
