Not to belittle what Clinton did but he just got caught doing it.  There were 
many other impropieties involving women in other administrations.  The 
difference is that the media used to look past those things and Linda Tripp 
wasn't around as well...

But, if I had to pick out a greater evil then I would pick Watergate or Iran 
Contra (which were both illegal and both involved the president regardless of 
how many times Reagan said "I don't recall").  What Clinton did was certainly 
not illegal.  Immoral, yes, but not illegal.  His only f-up was denying it 
under oath.
