If there's no traffic allowed, what are the rules for large groups of people. As for the white house being stupid, what are they supposed to do. change the rules for one person. Wait till Hamas wants to have a rally right in front of the white house. All they have to say is that they let Cindy, so why can't they have the same rights. (ok, Hamas is a bit extreme an example, but you see the point. rules should be for all)
