I dunno about a no-protest zone -- check with someone that lives there right
now. When I say traffic I mean cars. They blocked off that section of
Pennsylvania Avenue after Oklahoma City. You can walk through there and for
all I know have a protest there. Protest are or were frequently held in
Lafayette park right across the street.
 I am not sure that she actually broke any laws is what I am saying. There
is no traffic in front of the White House to block.
