So, my wife and I watch ER - not religiously, but we try to watch every episode. Both my wife and I _swear_ that in the finale last year, the young boy, the bratty son of the nurse living with the doctor from Croatia, anyway, both my wife and I remember the boy running away. He was on the highway, and a car w/ a stranger inside picked him up.
Now, we watched the first episode of the new season, and while there seems to be a new actor, the boy is fine.
