I was about to post the exact same text because most businesses have a disclaimer something along the lines of "reserves the rights to reserve service ..." however I just checked Southwest's website and found their Contract of Carriage http://www.southwest.com/travel_center/coc.pdf There they have a section called "Refusal To Transport" and here are a few: Passenger refusal of (or failure to) - Allow Search of Passenger or Property - Provide Proof of Identity Passengers with Medical Requirements including Oxygen, incubators, stretcher, etc. ** Ahh - here it is: Persons whose conduct is or has been known to be disorderly, abusive, offensive, threatening, intimidating, or violent, or whose clothing is lewd, obscene, or patently offensive; Persons who are barefoot and over five (5) years of age, unless caused or necessitated by a disability; Persons who are unable to occupy a seat with the seat belt fastened; Persons who are unwilling to comply with seating requirements under Carrier's Customer of size policy as specified in Article 15.G; Persons who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs; Persons who are known to have a contagious disease; Persons who refuse to comply with instructions given by Carrier's Employees or representatives prohibiting the solicitation of items for sale or purchase, including airline tickets, passes, or travel award certificates; Persons who have an offensive odor, except where such condition is the result of a disability; It's there though.
