I've got kind of the same thing in only my left shoulder.  If my arms
are at my side and I my left arm out, to the left, I have a pain in my
shoulder area.  It's been that way even since a muscle pull in high
school.

Lifting makes it hurt worse, and then if goes away.  Oddly, upright
rows, while painful, are less painful that dumbbell lateral raises.

Anyway, is this an RC issue?  Any idea?
