RIA = rich internet application RIA != flash driven rich internet application FLASH = a great tool for building RIA's FLASH != the answer to everything AJAX = a silly little acronym for existing technologies put together, a mashup if you will WEB 2.0 = a world where the desktop is no longer needed and the web serves a greater purpose AJAX + FLASH + FLEX = a world sooo cool, we havent even begun to see what is possible.
