"All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be" Your number of days is allotted before birth.
"For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb." I'm interpreting "innermost being" as meaning the soul, as opposed to the liver. I could be wrong. The implication is that if the soul is present, then the fetus is a "real person" prior to birth.
