Oh, drat, and I just ordered a new 15" PowerBook after this week's 
announcements, to replace my rickety old 12" iBook at home.... ;-)

(Me, I've seen any significant architecture change as requiring some 
time to shake out and build application support. Meanwhile, prices on 
the current architecture usually drop, and the configuration and support 
is fairly mature. Looked like a good time to buy to me. I'll keep using 
a ThinkPad at the office, and will mainly use the Mac at home. Different 
people have different situations.)
