I would definitely not let a green tech work on the electric and battery system. My 20,000 mile oil change and tire rotation cost me a whopping $19.99 at the dealer. I think I can handle that every 5000 miles. The battery is warranted for 10 years. I presume that means Toyota thinks they can afford to replace any that fail during the warranty period. >>They are WAY overpriced in a market where ppl are trying to SAVE money. But I got a pretty good deal by buying a 2004 model in the middle of the 2005 season.
