Yeah, but I wonder if there's a policy question here because I don't
totally disagree.  Maybe there's tax incentives that could be used to
encourage city living.  For me, I used to have both - we had an
apartment in downtown Chicago and then a house in the Minneapolis
'burbs.  We shut down the apt in April, however, due to Bush's
election.
