I think I have have fallen into the same thing. I used to love country, but most of it now is so pre-packaged that's it's not fun or original anymore. And I used to love to listen to James Taylor but having heard one of his albums (I think it's a greatest hits album) all the way through makes me think that he's the biggest wimp in the world. That music just drives me crazy and makes me want to stomp on his face and scream.
