I actually use a combination of iTunes, ourTunes, Musicmatch, winamp
and a coldfusion app to manage my mp3s and iPod.

I only use iTunes at work due to the ability to share playlists with
coworkers. Never at home. Then it is mostly musicmatch (which controls
my linksys music system.)
