Friend of mine owns a house up there. I stayed a couple of weekends to
help fix it up. He split with his boyfriend so he wanted to sell it.
Thinking he'd get $40K he went to the realtor and they told him it was
worth $140k. So he kept it as a rental.

Not far from Hunter Mountain.
