3 inches is a piece of cake! It has to be over a foot before I'll even start thinking about 'should I go to 7-11 for a slurpee or is it too much of a hassle?'.

I used to attend school in Central NY - Syracuse area. They would have "White-Outs" where nothing could be seen, it was dangerous to drive, and nothing could be seen. That's why they have snow days.
