For me, it is not a moral question.

I have had 3 close friends and a coworkers two daughters killed by
high drivers or train operators. Plus one killed while in a car with a
driver who was high (that was half his own fault).

That compares to one killed by a drunk driver, one killed falling
asleep, and one killed by the cops during a stolen car chase while on
crack.

If you are willing to shoot someone in the head who kills someone
while high, and you can show that there will be no rise in welfare
costs due to drug use, I'm completely on board.

Just give me enough warning to invest early in Wendy's, Frito-Lay and SmartFood.
