All the KVMs I've ever used have worked fine with my Logitech wireless gear - I doubt MS would be any different. The only things that wouldn't work are the newer Bluetooth keyboards. As an aside I actually got rid of my KVM (and about a 1000 feet of cable) a while back and only use Remote Desktop connection. If both your machines are XP you might give it a shot - it really does just about everything the KVM would do but is even simpler (you can have one machine accessible as a window on the other - in my case with dual monitors this is completely perfect).
