No matter how much spin you put on it by spouting the party line, people died because of the incompetance of the politically appointed FEMA leadership. Brown was informed of what was happening in the Superbowl and the Convention Center and did nothing. Even though he had the power to order the evacuations and the facilities outside of New Orleans tto house the evacuees, he did nothing.
He was appointed by Bush because Brown was a major fundraiser for his campaign. Not because he was the best person for job. And you are condoning this behavior? people died and you think its a media fabrication. That attitude is more than contemptible its reprehensible.
