the Brit was talking about a DNA virus that might help with that. The however to all this though is that it is untested in large populations and, as he said, there are *always* problems that show up when you move to large numbers. I similarly wonder about the waiver of manufacturer liability that was discussed. Is this really the solution or just Rumsfeld's wish list? Dana
