Many people thought it was a possibility that Iraq had WMDs.
However, it was Bush and his boys who went against the UN findings,
against the CIA findings, and against the IAEA findings and declared he
had evidence of their existence (never did present his evidence but
claimed to have it), and that Iraq was so close in it Nuke program as
well as other wmd programs that we had to attack now for the safety of
our country. BULLSHIT!!!! Our cowboy in the White House lied.
We are not safer today because of the war in Iraq. I would argue we are
in more danger. We have turned thousands of people against us who prior
to the war couldn't care less about us (Americans, as well as the UK and
other allies).
We have spent hundreds of billions of dollars and thousands of lives to
topple Sadam while Bin Laden and his buddies are still at large. Sadam
did not fly a plane into the World Towers, nor was he involved in the
planning of it. Bin Laden was involved. Neither Sadam nor the Iraqi
people were bombing train stations, buses, hotels and embassies
throughout the world. Bin Laden was involved in those activities and his
organization still is today. Keep your eye on the ball mr. president.
Meanwhile, the boys at Enron, Exxon, Haliburton, all big Bush backers
have made Billions off of the war and the chaos it has inflicted on the
energy markets.
