Thanks. Obviously the intel leading to the judgement of that document should be understood better, as well as how the judgment itself was formed. And the "authorship/responsibility unknown" would be nice to know too.
The crux of the issue is that information we now know to have been erroneous led to the US going to war. Why was the information erroneous? Was it a problem of process or of politics?
