It follows a different trend than petro-fuels.  It depends on soy bean
crop yields and such rather than drilling, so it can be higher or
lower depending on the day.

Now, if I can start scoring some used cooking oil from restaurants
around town, I can start producing my own for around .30 to .40 a
gallon.
