Yeah, I'm glad I asked my wife - she had A LOT of specific requests. She didn't want a "sweater snagger", wanted platinum, wanted a specific stone cut, needed the right color/clarity, wanted a specific design, wanted more than 1 stone, etc, etc. For the proposal I gave her a "ring" I fashioned out of foil Neuhaus wrappers (chocolate). She wore it proudly until we got to her a replacement the next day.
