Who didn't get to vote? the Sunnis? They mostly chose not to participate, or 
they were intimidated by their fellow Sunnis (you know, the ones who spent the 
last 35 years raping and pillaging the country). That's unfortunate, but hardly 
a condemnation of the current government. It is precisely what the Baathist 
thugs want you to believe, though.
