Nope there is no demonstrable evidence that supports ginko having any
effect. The one study from JAMA had a small sample, and a 60% dropout
rate before the end of the study. In other words as far as I can see
with this dropout rate it should never have been accepted for
publication in the first place. You cannot conclude anything when you
lose most of the sample before the end of the study.

As for no studies finding it doesn't, well shooting people in the head
cures cancer. But there's been no studies supporting it. " There also
are no studies saying it doesn't."

Same logic as what you're using. Then again I guess you can be
comfortable with unproven, potentially harmful treatments given to
people who are the most vunerable. I won't support such unfounded
myths being applied to these people.
