Technically, yogurt is a controlled acid curdling of the milk protein by specific bacteria (streptococcus lactis and several of the lactobacillus family) that create acids from the fermentation of Lactose. If you just want milk that's gone bad... try cottage cheese. It even has chunks and stuff... Blech...
