Technically, yogurt is a controlled acid curdling of the milk protein by
specific bacteria (streptococcus lactis and several of the lactobacillus
family) that create acids from the fermentation of Lactose.  If you just
want milk that's gone bad... try cottage cheese.  It even has chunks and
stuff... Blech...

This has been your Friday Microbiology lesson, you can continue with
whatever you were doing now...

Oh, I'm even less pure than that.  I eat *yogurt*.  I mean, take milk, 
let it go bad on purpose, add fruit and sweetner....

Just out of curiosity, though, do you point out to them that we're also 
the only animals on earth to cook their food?  I'd love to see their 
faces when you bring them the whole chicken, raw, and tell them it's 
"all natural!  The feathers are high in protein."
