You have no idea how real this show is!  The show basically mimics
what it's like to work for a Big 3 management consulting firm
(McKinsey, Bain, BCG).

People are hired in as a "class" and they work cases that are similar
to The Apprentice.  All the while they are supervised by managers and
partners that are like Caroline.  At the end of each case you're
reviewed and sometimes verbally eviscerated.  You come up for
promotion at 18 months and it's not odd at that point to have 10% of
the class left.  If you make it, you start a whole new promotion
cycle, if not you go on "transition".

All of the same politics exist: people form cliques and make enemies,
etc.  Some people are great at it, some are horrible.  Either way you
have to deal with them to make the case successful.

Because if a case goes bad, then that team goes to the boardroom; and
somebody WILL be fired.
