...except that we live in a growth ecstatic world that doesn't understand we
live within finite limitations. and the "TRUE" cost of gasoline isn't told
at the pumps but mortgaged for our future generations to pay for.

I think we need to aspire to find a sustainable balance and the prices at
the pump need to reflect this balance. And this will create the economies
for alternative energies and rightly so.
