As an aside, any clinical psychologist, psychmetrician, educational
psychologist etc can give IQ tests (hell I had to be trained to admin
IQ and other tests as part of my PhD work). For instance in New York
City alone there are several hundred fully qualified professionals who
can administer IQ tests.

In the US its relatively easy for an adult to get their IQ results -
just demand to see your school records.
